I use to be a pop drinker. I would drink Pepsi or Sprite every day, maybe even twice a day O_o! I've learn better, so I started to drink water and not pop and I've notice the difference in my skin and weight. I don't like water, but I do when I put a slice of lemon in it. I drink about 8-12 cups of water a day (8oz size).

I've decided to change my lifestyle and go healthy! What I have been eating in the morning or as a snack is Greek Yogurt. The kind that I like is Dannon Oikos, it has the fruits on the bottom. The best flavors is Peach and Strawberry.
It's super thick, creamy and depending on the brand it varies in sourness. It's high in protein, so you will feel full longer. It makes a great healthy snack.
